Exchange, Store-Credit, and Re-Stocking Policy

We offer an exchange and credit-in-store policy, within 15 days of receiving your products if you are unhappy with the product(s).

Exchange on the mattress and lift chair are subject to a restocking fee.

  • Mattresses restocking fee is $75 (Mattresses must be unopened.)

  • Lift Chair restocking fee is $150

Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:

  • Discounted items and demo items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom-Made Orthotics are final sale.
