We do not do direct billing.

Due to limited staffing at our clinic, we no longer offer same-day services or accept walk-ins.

For returning insurance clients, please take a clear photo of your prescription and email it to info@horizonh.ca prior to your appointment. We will then have your paperwork, and products, ready for you at your appointment time. Please let us know if there are any changes to your address, employer, and insurance from your last claim with us.

For new insurance clients, please call us at 587-889-0253 or email us at info@horizonh.ca to make an appointment, and we will assist you for the initial in-person assessment(s) following the safety guidelines. Please confirm with your insurance company before claiming if you are unsure of your coverage.

We will be limiting 2 person per household at a time within the clinic.
